Lynda has had a long interest in health and wellbeing having studied and qualified in various holistic therapies whilst living and working in London. She has attended regular yoga classes, workshops and retreats for many years and in Sept’06 enrolled on the British Wheel of Yoga Teacher Training course qualifying in January 2008.
